YOU WILL LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMMUNICATION TECHNIQUES, ETIQUETTE, HOW TO WORK WITH FOREIGN VISITORS, SURFING INSTRUCTOR TECHNIQUES AND MORE.


QUALIFICATIONS


-PATIENT, MATURE, ENERGETIC, EMPATHIC, KIND, FRIENDLY, GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR AND SOCIAL

-YOU HOLD SAFETY CERTIFICATIONS, SUCH AS LIFEGUARD / EMT, OR ARE WILLING TO BECOME CERTIFIED PRIOR TO OUR HIRING PROCESS

-MUST BE CARING AND ENGAGED, MUST BE CAPABLE OF GIVING STUDENTS 100% OF YOUR ATTENTION WHEN ON THE JOB

-YOU ARE KID-FRIENDLY AND HAVE A GENUINE PASSION FOR WORKING WITH CHILDREN

-YOU ARE EDUCATED, MOTIVATED AND OPEN TO BEING COACHABLE

-MUST BE OPEN TO FEEDBACK AND RECEPTIVE TO CHANGE
