BY REGISTERING - YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
-SURF TEAM IS A YEAR LONG COMMITMENT FROM REGISTRATION DATE, IF YOU NEED OR WANT TO WITHDRAW FROM SURF TEAM, YOU MUST GIVE US A ONE MONTH NOTICE. IF YOU HAVE ANY PLANNED VACATIONS OR COMMITMENTS THAT FALL ON PRACTICE DAYS, YOU MUST GIVE US A 1 WEEK NOTICE.
-MUST COMMIT TO ATTENDING PRACTICE A MINIMUM OF ONCE PER WEEK. MUST PICK A SET
-PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE MONTHLY, OUR PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE - CARD, VENMO, APPLE PAY, CASH AND CHECK.
-MUST HAVE OWN SURFBOARD AND WETSUIT. OR MUST HAVE WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF JOINING.
-CONSIDER PARTICIPATING IN SURF CONTESTS AT LEAST TWICE PER YEAR.
-FOLLOW THE TEAM RULES.
